"So far so good ! Now I will update guys if things go south and let u know my total experience! But this call came in at perfect timing as we were looking for home owners insurance. the first quote he gave me was great . So we r in the process of getting things how we want them and coming up with a final monthly cost . But I did take out a policy on personal property today . I'm also going to look into pet insurance maybe they can give me a good rate to lump together everything pet, personal property, home owners and vehicle . I'll let u know how it goes . "I called to today and spoke with Travis. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was pleased to hear that the difference in my amt for insurance was from forgetting I added renters insurance. I guess we have all had a brain freeze at one time or another.. "Change back to state farm from Progressive when I started looking for a new car. My agent when coming back was not local to Old Hickory but in Knoxville, Phil Nichols, his staff added each car I had a quote to my policy as a new vehicle on my plan. Yet I did not buy the Kia only the Rouge. My bill went from 155.05 to 362.00. A couple of days ago I got a call from a local agent, Travis Sutphin, I explained to him the problems I had been having, He asked if I wanted to change agents to local and he would help fix all the problems. SInce then, I have changed agents to him and he has corrected everything. I recommend Travis as an agent. He listens and gives you the plan that is correct for you and your family. "Horrendous insurance experience here. Multiple policies bound (allegedly) in January. Premiums being paid every month and still no policies. Agent says certificates are legal documents and are sufficient in lieu of policies. Absolutely false. Unfortunately the insurance department is the only option at this point."
