"The worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure to have to deal with! Took 4 months to get an adjuster out to look at the damage to our roof! Then did not pay for the damage that was caused in the time they took to respond! Horrid to Vets and the elderly. Now we had a tree fall on the house and they don't want to pay for that. I have never missed a payment in the years I have used them. Shameful! Now they plan to drop me because I had to file 2 claims. I can't wait to get another insurance coverage. Everyone I have talked to is rude! The adjuster they sent was hostile and aggressive! Do not use these people!"
