It has always been top-notch without being pushy whatsoever. Recently, I had a car accident and subsequently purchased a new vehicle. The claim process was extremely supportive and smooth, and today, Lily took great time and care to ensure that my new policy was exactly what was right for me. She spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me customizing my policy and helping me understand any questions. "I’ve been with State Farm for a little while now and they’ve been great! I have them for home and auto. Currently they’re helping me with a hit and run case and when it came time to renew my home insurance they took the time to walk me through renewal information to make sure I was properly covered. My absolute favorite part about them is they don’t discriminate against dog breeds like so many others do. It means my pit bull is covered just like any other dog incident. Besides the great price, this was absolutely a deciding factor in signing up with them. So glad I did!"
